tip your servers well. even though it may seem like its not a difficult job. you have to remember that everything they do at your table, they are doing at 5 others.
yeah...ummm clearly grant is wrong. tracks are not a tip...ever.
katie...20% should be the bar of average service, i guess. in general, its a good practice to become a good tipper. people will notice. if you are cheap...people will know how much you care, but if you are generous, people will know how much you care.
I picked up on it Grant. You know I think 15% is the standard for average service. 20+% is for good service, 10% should be for poor service, only at horrendous, you have to get the manager out there service should you leave a track.
Once apon a time, a man decided that I no longer could be known as Mark. He thought deep and hard and found, what he thought, the perfect name for me..."Sleeve". Yes. Thats right. And ever since then, Mark was no more. Some say it's my God given name, like Saul to Paul or Simon to Peter. I guess I will find out when the Lord calls my name when I pass (Mark or Sleeve. Which will it be...I dont know).

mmm, agreeable, it's a stressful job. so, question: in your opinion...what is the appropriate "noramal" tip percentage? 20%?
